š§ About Wacky Ideation
Wacky ā These are wild hypotheticals and surreal scenarios that make people do a double take. They're bold, scroll-stopping, and often border on the impossibleābut the execution makes them feel oddly but the execution makes them feel oddly plausible. You take ridiculous concepts seriously, and thatās the fun.
Examples:
ā You Should Not Apply If:
You rely solely on AI tools to generate ideas. Weāre looking for genuine human creativity - unexpected, curious, and bizarre - but rooted in logic and originality.
You donāt understand the āWackyā category. If your ideas are just educational, narrative, or āhow stuff works,ā this role isnāt for you.
You struggle to think visually or canāt picture how an idea could come to life in animation.
You canāt handle feedback or donāt iterate on notes. We refine and improve constantly.
You arenāt able to hit weekly deadlines or prefer working in bursts of inspiration instead of steady creative output.
You think āviralā means trending dances or memes. Our audience craves strange, smart, thought-provoking ideas - think impossible science, not TikTok skits.
You find the examples above too weird, gross, or over the top.
Youāre uncomfortable with a fast-moving, experimental environment where ideas evolve quickly and feedback is direct.
Please, no wacky ideas about poop. š©
