This is not an entry-level opportunity, we are seeking experienced artists capable of producing scroll‑stopping, top‑tier visuals that push the boundaries of animated shorts. 🎬 Position Overview

As a Contract 3D Animator, you will collaborate with our producers to craft captivating 20–45 second 3D clips. These animations are a vital component of our storytelling, adding depth and excitement to our videos.

We’re hiring for multiple contract roles and welcome candidates from around the world. A strong understanding of the English language is required to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with producers to conceptualize and produce high‑quality, visually striking 3D animations.

• Deliver animations quickly without compromising quality. If the test project takes longer than one day to complete at a high standard, this role may not be the right fit.

• Ensure all animations meet the creative vision of the channel and are delivered on schedule.

• Maintain a high level of craftsmanship in character animation, camera work, lookdev, shader effects, and simulations.

• A creative thinker who can independently find unique solutions in their edits.

• Blender proficiency is a major plus.

• No portfolios or showreels — we do not review them.

What if I don’t want to do the test?

There is an alternative option: Submit one edited video under 60 seconds showcasing all of the following:

• Original character animation

• VFX / simulation capabilities

• Lookdev abilities

• Modeling abilities

This must be delivered as one single edited clip. No folders of individual clips will be reviewed.

Why is there an unpaid test?

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our videos, showreels and portfolios are often missing the proper examples needed to evaluate your potential with us. Not only is the test designed to show us everything we need to see, it's also been crafted to ensure a quick turnaround is possible, with most experienced artists completing it after a couple of hours.
